Joshi Home Extension
A full-floor addition and complete refresh of a 25-year-old family home, with structural strengthening.
The Joshis loved their neighbourhood but had outgrown their house. After a structural assessment, we strengthened the existing columns, added a new 2 BHK floor for the next generation, and refreshed the façade so old and new read as one home.
